Step 1: Open Facebook on your computer, log in with your credentials and go to Settings.
Step 2: Click on “General Account Settings,” you will see a link “Download a copy of your Facebook data” it will be downwards. Click on it.
Step 3: On the next page, you will see a button to download your information, “Start My Archive.” Click on it. This will retrace your password for you. Then click Submit.
Step 4: After this, a popup window will open, click on “Start My Archive”, after which Facebook will download all the information, including your photos, videos, posts, songs, messenger conventions etc. Once the data is ready for download, a link will also be sent to your registered email.
Steps for Backup Google Data

Step 1: To begin, go to Google Takeout and log in with your Google credentials.
Step 2: Select the information you want to download the data.
Step 3: Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Next. Then select your archive format. I’d recommend file type to be .zip but if you use Linux, select .tgz.
Step 4: In this, you can choose the maximum archive size of up to 1 GB and up to 50 GB. And if you have selected 2 GB and your total size is 7 GB, then the package will be divided into 4. In the end, you can use the delivery method. Get a download link via email Now add backups to your Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive Then click “Create Archive” and a file will be sent to your email and drive.
Steps for Backup Twitter Data
Step 1: Log in to Twitter using your credentials, click on the icon next to your profile photo at the top right corner and go to “Settings and Privacy”.
Step 2: Scroll down and you “Your Twitter Archive.” Will get, now “Request your Archive.” Click the link.
Step 3: After clicking on the link, your Tweet History and Media archive will be sent to your registered email.
